I have held many senior management positions and led highly successful major sporting programs. I have travelled extensively around the world in my roles and enjoyed a long representative rugby coaching career at state and national schools’ level as well as in overseas locations. I then ventured into professional sport where I held senior operational roles travelling extensively in national and international competition. Most recently, I returned to the tertiary education sector employed to build an entire sporting program of national reputation for Bond University situated on Queensland’s Gold Coast. I remain strongly aligned with and respected by some 10 professional national sporting organisations. This extensive network affords my clients a genuine advantage.

What I Offer
I provide sporting entities with strategic advice, direction and implementation which can take their sporting operations from their current situation to the next level. This results in positive performance cultures, cost-savings in and around their programs and environments where people want to be to do what’s required. Achieved a $3.4m increase in fee-paying student-athlete enrolment revenue after 4 years at Bond University
Created the National AON Women’s Rugby 7s competition for Rugby Australia and UniSport (now the Olympic pathway for female 7s players)
Established Bond University Olympic Swimming Program (Top 5 in Australia)
Established Bond University Women’s AFL program (Australia’s leading club for AFLW draftees)
Curated a successful seven-year partnership with Brisbane Lions Premiership AFLW team
Positioned Bond University’s Rugby, QAFLW and Netball programs to compete as leading State League entities of high-quality
Restructured and streamlined all Qld Reds Super Rugby off-field operations
Drove the design and implementation of micro-credential (online) coaching courses at Bond University
Attracted Oceania World U20 Rugby Championship to the Gold Coast for 5 successive years (only international rugby played annually in the region)
Formed a successful professional partnership with international esports entity The Chiefs (Discussions commencing with the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games Committee)
Have established close professional relationships with Australian Sporting CEOs and High-Performance Directors in Australia and Internationally.
